WL777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: (a) the user has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) false or misleading information has been provided during registration or KYC; (c) the user is found to be ineligible under Section 3; or (d) the user's account activity raises reasonable concerns about fraud, collusion or policy abuse.

Typical KYC documentation for Pakistani users may include: (a) a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport; (b) a proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence) dated within three months; (c) a selfie or liveness verification image; (d) evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Specific requirements may vary based on operator policy and risk profile.

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and legible. WL777 strictly prohibits the submission of forged, digitally manipulated, obscured or falsified documents. Submission of false documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.

WL777 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing that arise from a user's failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner or to provide required documentation in acceptable form.

Bonus funds and associated free bets expire within the period specified in the relevant Bonus Terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

WL777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where: odds have been published in error; a market has been suspended or settled incorrectly; or where suspicious or irregular betting patterns have been identified.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or human error resulting in incorrect odds, game outcomes or settlement figures, WL777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return original stakes to users. WL777 is not obligated to honour bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.

Betting on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral cricket series is subject to competition-specific rules published on the Platform. Markets may be suspended during weather delays, DLS recalculations or other event disruptions. Settlement will follow official governing body results as confirmed at the relevant competition's conclusion.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Odds fluctuate continuously during live events.
